*Sessions are 15 minutes.

*Two edited digital images, delivered in approx. 24 hours

*Cost is $150 (non-refundable booking fee)

*COPYRIGHT: The copyright remains with the photographer. Photos may not be edited or altered in any way. Photos may be used on business websites, business and personal social media accounts, printed materials (i.e., business cards, flyers, etc.), and other media. If possible, photo credit to “Michael Rhodes Photography” and/or the photographer by way of post text, tag, or website link is appreciated.

*Cancelling or not showing up for your appointment will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

*By your participation, you acknowledge the right of Michael Rhodes Photography and/or the photographers to exhibit selected images resulting from this session as an example of their work and the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the parties or in which the parties or their family may be included.

*LIMITS OF LIABILITY: It is understood that in the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the session, and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of the booking fee. If the SD card and/or cameras have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the company or photographer’s control, liability is limited to the return of the booking fee.
